paintball – how painful and some advice?

I'm going paintballing for the first time tomorrow. It will be outside in a forest type of things with the trenches, so I not a complete wimp when it comes to pain, but that said, I am a girl and I'm not exactly too strong and muscular. I'm pretty quick to run, but most likely is that it is useless to shoot. The site includes a camouflage jumpsuit and mask, but what do I wear under reducing pain and how can I try not to embarrass me trash it for being there? I go with a bunch of guys (who are all professional paintball ninja …) tips / help much appreciated!

The more layers, less it hurts. I would compare the pain that went on really hard with his finger on the arm and then some more. I must admit, it hurts, but the pain disappears after about 1-2 minutes.
