Paintballs are gelatin balls small filled polyethylene glycol, water soluble substances and dye. Stains caused by paint balls can be removed effortlessly from the clothes and human skin. Before the paintballs can be purchased at a paintball shop, passing through a sophisticated manufacturing process is actually very similar to making pharmaceutical pills. At first, the painting is done in a paint plant of the specialty and then sent to the encapsulation plant. Here, capsules gelatin are made and then using special equipment and expensive, they are filled with paint and properly sealed afterwards.
After the encapsulation process, the paintballs still hot out. To be put on a machine fall down, it cools, it hardens and help them obtain evenly. When paintballs have cooled sufficiently, it is put on the shelves where they continue to air. Before the paint balls can be sent and sold at a paintball shop must be inspected for any imperfections. Once the inspection is the paintballs are packaged and ready for shipment.
