I bought a Tippmann 98 base model paint ball gun, but I can not get the CO2 for the job. Help?

I've done everything the manual tells me that do. I have a correctly assembled (no assembly grounds anyway) paintball gun. I lubricated the ring of CO2 and put it in a clockwise direction in the rear marker, but receive no CO2. Does the CO2 bottle with a click? Does the pin valve CO2 must comply with the hole of the mark or irrelevant? Or do I have to loosen the bolt on the valve of CO2 (I'm hesitant to do this because I'm not sure if he would release the CO2, instead of opening the latch, while innserted. Please tell me what is wrong with the bottle, I bought 2 different sizes, so I'm pretty sure that the pin is not damaged or too short.
